Squamous papilloma is a very benign condition and does not require any concern on your part.Is is usually caused by a viral infection. There is no evidence of this condition progressing to cancer or any other untoward complication.Mild non specific inflammation is a result of irritation, and is a common finding in most of the smears.Again nothing to worry about.
PAP smear is the screening test for cervical cancer and it also being negative is another positive thing for you.But it is still advisable to repeat it regularly.HPV is the virus which is the most common causative agent for cervical cancer. In your case that is also absent.
To conclude ,your report gives you a lot of reasons to be happy and none to really worry about.so cheer up and have a nice weekend.
