I keep getting a tingly feeling In my left arm and my left hand seems to go numb a little, especially my pinkie.could this be related to my kidney issue?

Hi. No, this wouldn't be related to the kidney infection but it sounds like a pinched nerve, either at the level of your elbow or perhaps a compressed nerve root in your neck. I suggest you have this evaluated and you'd need an MRI of both the elbow and the neck to get to the actual cause
