Hello,
KRILL OIL contains omega 3 fatty acids and are thought to be good to lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, however there is no complete medical evidence for such effect.More scientific evidence is required to prove this effect.
Since many doctors do prescribe this for lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels, you may use it but only after talking to your treating doctor.
The best treatment for reduction of triglyceride levels are regular exercises, avoiding sugar and alcohol and reduction of weight.
Thanks
