Had A Miscarriage, Chest Pain, Sore Throat, Cough, Dizziness, Weakness. What Is Going On?

hi I had a miscarriage a week ago 2day but before this happened I started to get pains in my chest and a sore throat so went to the GP and he gave me antibotics for my throat so started them on Friday night then I started to get a cough tight chest dizziness and crackling in my upper chest gernal weakness with a temperature for the last 2 nights so went bk to GP 2day and they said they couldn't hear anything could any of this im feeling be because of my miscarriage and this should be free to first time users
