Had SPD In Pregnancy. Burning In The Hips And Groin. Need Advice

I had spd while pregnant last year. Recovered. Out running a month ago, I found I could not walk properly. Xrays have shown I do not now have spd and have now been referred to an orthopedic specialist. I have burning in both hips at the side, in the bum and in my groin. I do not know what is going on - if you could shed any light, that would be wonderful, thank you

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you are having are related to paresthesias. This can be caused by a mild compression of the nerve roots at the lumbar spine level or methylcobalamin deficiency. Direct examination is needed for proper diagnosis.
