Growth In Arm, Itching, Bleeding, Recurring In Nature

I have these groths on my arm that wont go away they started out as pimples and what looked like at the time a spider bite when they popped and scabbed over they went away but came back now when they scab over they itch so much that they bleed their about the size of a dime Two equal in size and distance apart they are not a spider bite and much larger than a pimple I have had them For about ten years off and on more on than off and getting larger and bleed constantly

It seems chronic dermatological disorder and now it need complete work up at this stage difficult to advise any thing and not advisable too because any advise at this stage would cause great danger, better to see the skin specialist, you are wasting the time, take a good care of your self bye.
