Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you have suffered a soft tissue injury in the area of fall. A bone injury is also likely with nerve compression symptoms. An MRI scan of the area will help you in the proper diagnosis. Do consult your orthopedician for a physical examination.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
