General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having degenerative changes in your knee joint producing this pain.
There might be having problem with maniscus, ligaments of joint and reducing space between joint bones and lack of fluid in joint space.
Go for x-ray of knee joint.
Meanwhile go for patellar exercises.
Avoid more bending and sitting in squatting position.
Ok and take care.
