Got Head Injury. Started Getting Headache, Back Pain And Fever. What's Wrong?

Hi there.. About 2 weeks ago I fell down the stairs ans hit my back in two places on the steps, it was a very hard fall and got the wind knocked out of me. I had a lot of pain after and couldnt for example get up if was sitting on the floor. 2 days ago I got a really high fever very quickly and I am still feeling weird and sick.. Headache , back pain , ribs, sweats, and very weird but really thirsty all the time, do u think I might have broke something.?

you have head injure two week back there are few point i like to know 1.do you have any loss of conscious,epilepsy,watery like discharge from nose or ear,if they are present, are sign of brain injury.
At present you need to do MRI BRAIN NOT CT SCAN(It will not show chronic blood),this will show sign of brain injury or meningitis.Do blood count and x-ray chest this will show important couses of headache, back pain, sweating.show yourself to neurologist or neurosurgeon.

Hi, welcome to HCM.
I think high grade fever is not related to head injury. Headache may be due to head injury.
All weird feeling is due to fever. It is known aura of fever. It will resolved with treatment of fever.
You have to consult a board certified physician as soon as possible for complete evaluation.
