Frequent Urges To Urinate, Lower Abdominal Pain, Spotting. Urine Infection Or Pregnancy Symptoms?
I have had frequent urge for peeing for the last couple of days. Also, in the evening, i get lower abdominal pains. Yesterday evening, when i went for a pee, i had spots of blood when i wiped afterwards with a tissue . My question is, is this a urine infection, or could i be pregnant, as i have had unprotected sex 4 days ago?

If the sexual episode was only 4 days ago, it is too early to get pregnancy symptoms. They come about 1 week after missing periods in most women. So even if there is a pregnancy due to sex 4 days ago it will not produce these symptoms.
These symptoms are most likely due to urine infection. A urine examination, drinking plenty of water to flush bacteria and an antibiotic like nitrofurantoin if bacteria are found, will help in curing the symptoms.
The bleeding may be due to blood in urine or have more likely come from the vagina due to cervical infection that may have occurred at the same time as the urine infection. If it recurs, get a vaginal examination and pap smear to rule out any abnormality.
