General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

It appears as though you could be suffering from a urinary tract infection (UTI). As you have not mentioned anything about getting your urine tested, I would advise this. Let me list a few of the most common symptoms of a UTI. But, please note that not all these symptoms need to be present to suspect a clinical diagnosis of a UTI. The symptoms are:
-Frequent urination
-Increased urge to pass urine, but reduced amount of urine passed
-Burning sensation while urinating
-Fever
-Chills
-Itching around genitals
-Blood in urine (rare)
-Cloudy urine
-Discharge (also rare; and mostly indicative of sexually transmitted infections/diseases)

Please visit your doctor and request for a urine analysis and culture examination. These will help confirm the infection and provide information of the most suitable medication that can be used.

If a urine analysis and culture reports a normal result, you could go about screening for sexually transmitted diseases.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.

Dear sandeep
You didn't mention whether you have fever associated with urinary problem. But seeing your symptoms i suggest you for USG abdomen and urine analysis. Usually in urinary tract infection same symptoms will be there. If urine routine is normal, then go for urine culture and sensitivity test at good laboratory. If that is also negative then consult general surgeon to rule out any stricture in the urethra.
