Formula Can For Babies Open. Been Feeding It. Is She Exposed Cronobacter Bacteria?

my 8 month old baby was given formula which the can was damaged and it was slightly open. I dont know how long the can was open, but she has been drinking the can for 2 days. I am extremly worried . Could she be exposed to cronobacter bacteria. She has been theething and a tooth is showing is that the cause of a little diareea or should i seek medical attention for the formula?

Thank you for the query
Don't feed your child from the open can any more. If she had to develop any signs of gastro-enteritis she would have developed by now. But i think its best to discard that can and start afresh. You may see your pediatrician only if she shows any signs of infection like decreased appetite, fever, diarrhea or vomiting.
