ULTRASOUND SCANNING FOLLICULAR STUDY

uterus : measures 71*35*47 mm, Normal in size, No focal mass lesion Myometrial echo pattern is normal Endometrium echo identified is centrally, thickness is 13 mm Multiple nebothian cyst are noted in the cervix.

Both ovaries are slightly enlarged in size with multiple small follicle in the Periphery > 12 in number S/o PCO
Right Ovary : measures 35*20*30 mm vol:13.6 cc NO DF,
Left Ovary: measures 34*31*23 mm vol:13.5 cc NO DF
ET 13 mm
Free Fluid Inpod: Significant amount of free fluid around the left Ovary.

-You are having poly cystic ovary disease
These two indicating hormonal imbalance.
-Free fluid in POD indicates ovulation or pelvic infection.
