Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. First thing you need to do is see whether the coil is in position if not there is high chance for pregnancy. Even you will have ectopic pregnancies commonly associated so I suggest you to have a home pregnancy test first and rule out pregnancy. If i is negative then there might be infection and you need to get treated for that with antibiotics. Thank you.
