welcome to HealthcareMagic
Since you are sexually active and the discharge you got is greyish & foul smelling this is a infection. Please consult a doctor for examination and treatment. You wil require to take antibiotic/antifungal depending on the type of infection you have.Simutaneously even get your partner treated so that there is no recurrence of infection.
Take care.
