Fever, Cold, Chills, Sore Throat, Body Pain, Enlarged Lymph Nodes. Abnormal Blood Test. Lymphoma?

my age 25years. past one week i am having fever frequently and cough and chills, sore throat , body ache also there and now i am having lymphnode enlargements on left side neck for fast 2 days. my blood reports are WBC-6000, PLATELET 25,0000, and my LDH value is 585, SGPT -11, i am having doubt whether it is lymphoma or tonsilitis?

It probably was just an infection, but if today you still have the same symptoms, you should go to your doctor in order for him to observe you and see if there is any reason to be concerned.
