I am 76. Intercourse or even a gynecologist checking my vagina is painful because of an episotomy in childbirth. Evidently the skin is so thin and dry. I cannot take estrogen because I have lymphoma cancer. I understand the doctors no longer do this routine. Any suggestions without estrogen?
