Feeling Tenderness While Laying Down

My client is 103.5 years old. She takes 25 mg benadryl nightly for sleep. In the last three days when she lays that part of the body becomes red and she complains of it being tender to the touch. Should she be taken to see a doctor? She does not have regular doctor visits

If she is most often on bed there are chance of developing bedsore.. it would be good to understand how to prevent this to happen better if you visit to a surgeons opd.
