Feeling Rectal Pressure. Loose Skin In The Rectum, Dark Green Stool. Do I Have Hemorrhoids?

I believe i have hemorrhoids because since last week i have been experiencing rectal pressure as if i need to pass a stool even after passing one. I can feel swelling and what feels like loose skin just before the outside of my rectum. I also have dark green stools. My doctor didn't check my and prescribed anusol hc cream. I have increased my fibre intake also.

Thanks for posting your query.
Feeling of incomplete evacuation does not mean hemorrhoids.
The loose skin you feel could be due to hemorrhoids or a skin tag of anal fissure.
One can tell for sure only after examination.
