sir, i am facinng lot of problem while releasing motion . i feel as if some skin is coming out with motion and after finishing i need to forcefully push skin inside , also i am facing lot of pain even after motion atleast for 10 hours , the prblm is whenever i used to get itching inside i used my finger now that may have shown reaction , whom should i concern normal doctor or any specialist for this kind of problems horrible pain .......................

Hi ! Possibly you have had a hemorrhoids which is prolapsing getting constricted to cause pain. This is the reason you might be getting itching sensation earlier around the anus.
Another possibility is a fissure in ano, which is caused by a break in the perianal skin due to passage of hard stools. This could also give rise to your symptoms.
For the present you are advised to sit on luke warm water (sitz bath) two to three times a day, have a stool softener, and some antibiotic in consultation with your family physician. You may have to also modify your dietary habits towards more roughage and plenty of liquids.
However, you may have to see a surgeon to have a permanent solution for your problem. Take care.
