Having Rectal Bleeding, Pain, Severe Headaches, Backpain, Hot And Cold Flashes. What Could It Be?

Hi, I was just curious if I should go to an ER or make an app with a dr. I have been having rectal bleeding, Rectal Pain, Severe Headaches, Moderate pain in my back below my ribs sometimes left sometimes right, Randomly get realy hot or realy cold, and a couple other things. I am on Abilify, Lexapro, Mirtazapine, Olanzapine, Haloperidol, and 800 MG Ibuprofen, Dont realy have any medical history except being in the hospital for stitches. Any advice would be awsome.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have fissure in ano, means a cut probably due to the hard stools. It may get infected and may cause pain.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a proctoscopy, for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms bisacodyl, ofloxacin, ornidazol, and diclofenac sodium.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
