Feeling Movement Sin The Abdomen, Stomach Getting Bigger. Suffer From PCOS. Pregnant?

I have had my periods but I am constantly feeling movements in my tummy and whatever it is its getting bigger everyday I think I might be pregnant but home pregnancy tests come back negative I also suffer from pcos I had a physical examination two months ago by my doctor and he said everything was normal but since then it's felt more progressive please help

A proper physical examination should be carried out. the big abdomen could be fluid( ascites), faeces, foetus ruled out already by the pregnancy test or fat. After a proper physical examination, a proper work-up should follow for better management
