Feeling Extremely Exhausted, Breasts Fuller, Lower Back Pain, Constant Abdominal Pain, HPT Negative. Pregnant?

i am newly married and about a week after our arrival home i started feeling extremely exhausted, i noticed the following week my breasts were fuller and my belly was shifting, i am unable to wear any pants and feel uncomfortable with the pressure around my waist , i also have had continual headaches , i have had lower back pain and constant adominal pain ( cramps ) i had a light red blood discharge for 3 days i took 4 pregnancy test all negative i have major mood swings and i have been eating way above my normal intake as well as i have urination feelings more and i have horrible gas on sunday i have had red blood discharge for 3 days now and it is extremely light am i pregnant ?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
All the symptoms you have quoted are quite coomon but not specific to pregnancy.
If you are sure that your period is unlike your previous cycle then probably it would be wise to have one blood test called beta hCG. This will confirm or rule out pregnancy.
As you have cramps, so , I recommend you to have one trans-vaginal scan to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
