I m constantly cold, no fever. I constantly feel fluish I have aches and pains in all my limbs my fingers swell upon standing I just feel crappy .. And idea?
Hi! I read carefully your question . May be any infection who give these lymph node or may be any other pathology out your old problem(arachnoid cyst ) I think that you should do ultrasound to explore these lymph node and if could not find the reason you should do brain MRI.
Wishing all best
