Fatigue And Drowsy After Taking Wellbutrin, Mirapex. Reason?

not long after I take my meds, I feel lousy - very fatigued - I often can barely function - In the morning, I take wellbutrin , mirapex( pramipexole ), warfarin , tikosyn along with vitamins and supplements - at night, I take Flo Max, more mirapex and topamirate - any clue what causes the sudden feelings of fatigue and general lousiness?
