Fallen Down Stairs, Pain In Rib Cage, Hurts To Breathe, Back Soreness

I fell down a flight of stairs 2 days ago and am now having sharp pains under the bottom of my right rib cage. It hurts a little to breath and almost feels like a kidney stone, with back soreness. I was also getting sharp stabbing pains in my right shoulder . I do not remember hitting my side nor is it bruised. I do have a history of kidney stones .

Hi,

Welcome to HCM.
The description does not fit with a kidney stone, as stones cause pain inside than just soreness outside.
Having discussed that, since there is history of stones, it is wise to get checked every year to check the status of the stones and the kidneys.
wishing you good health.

Regards
DR GS
