Eyelid Swollen Due To Hit In The Eye, Cannot See Anything When It's Dark. Any Ideas ?

I have been hit in the eye (while it was open) with a football. The eyelid swelled up but it's like at the corner of my eye I can't see anything when it's dark or when I look at my phone in the dark from the corner I see veins, I saw this occur at the incident but it disappeared, I'm worried and would be grateful for a reply ASAP

hi..you have injured your eyes.. and you have sight problem only during dark.. it is because the pupil dilates in the dark and swollen eye lid comes in the way of vision.. see your ophthalmologist for antibiotics, analgesics and antiinflammatory, which reduces the swelling of the eye lid.. all the very best..
