Experiencing Spotting After Taking Diane. Will It Affect My Next Period? Pregnant?
hi. ned some advice. im quite scared of spotting after taking a diane 35 pills. i have my first day on april 6 for about 3 days mens. i took a diane pill for only 4 tablets. the reason why i stop taking pill tablets due to my terrible cough and colds. then april 14 i have a pink light spots for 6 days.then right now april 29 i experience again a withdrawal bleeding. i ned some help because im scared. is it affect on my next period or trying to get pregnant? thanks.
The very first thing in doubt under these circumstances is doing a pregnancy test. It s true that a pregnancy under these circumstances would actually be unusual, but there is no contraceptive method that is 100% effective. I would suggest you do a pregnancy test. Its preferable to carry out a blood sample Beta HCG blood level measurement since its more effective and sensitive.
Using oral contraceptives is a planned procedure that should be done between the patient and doctor. irregularities could experienced by some patients and it would worthwhile for the doctor to know, to follow up and modify treatment if need be.
Best regards as I suggest you consult your gynecologist. Best regards,
Bain LE, MD.
