Experiencing Pain On My Left Ankle
left ankle giving me some pain 2weeks ago on Monday 17th feb slipped of pavement slightly twisting left ankle
went to work but bye 9 am pain got worse went to hospital slight swelling x ray showed no breaks looks like soft tissue damage propably achelles tendon . Checked tendon not ruptured or torn .
had torn ligament on same leg previous year

Soft tissue damage can cause significant pain. Treatment would involve the following: resting the limb as much as possible, heat pads may also be helpful, anti inflammatory pain medications (ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, cataflam,celebrex).
Your doctor may also suggest physiotherapy.
