Experiencing Abdominal Pain,pain During Urination & Spotting After Intercourse

Umm I have been on the depo shot for four months now without a menstrual cycle in the past I was treated for cervical cancer but now I'm experiencing abdomenal pain, a whit cloudy discharge, pain with urnation, and spotting after intercourse can you tell what this possibly means?

I really appreciate your concern and sorry to heart about the problem that you have, if you have pain after or during the coitus and have bleeding then it is advisable to avoid the coitus because you have history of malignancy of uterus so looking to this history your problem may be strongly related with the disease that you have, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
