Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
If I were your treating doctor for this chronic gastritis , hyper acidity, duedinitis, I would come up with following measures, these includes.
1 Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks. It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 -3 hours before you lie down.To help control the stomach acid, one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates, or greasy or spicy or junk foods. Also take some antacid with oxetacian in them , but is symptoms are very severe then you may need proton pump inhibitors.
2 Tension is the main cause of these symptoms so avoid stress and tension in your life.
3 Eat small morsel ( very small quantity every time) many times in day.
Blend diet will suit you most.
If all measures taken successfully then at least 12 weeks - 24 weeks requires for complete recovery.
Good luck. Dr. HET
