Effect Of Large Anechoic Avascular Cyst On Ovary For Pregnancy

I am 37 years old this is my 7th pregnancy however I have only had 3 live births and 3 miscarriages. I am now 8 weeks pregnant and today I was told I have a large anechoic avascular cyst on my left ovary which is about 8cm in size. How will this effect my baby and will I need surgery?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Anechoic vascular cyst in the ovary can be an ovarian cancer. You need to be investigated and operated as soon as possible, because delay in the treatment can lead to complications.
Surgery should be done and during surgery, miscarriage is a high risk.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
