Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

As for as your Echocardiography result is concerned, it is absolutely normal.
You need not worry about your heart.

I suspect your chest pain may be due to Gastroesophageal reflex disease.

Regarding your lipid profile.
Some values are borderline high.
The desirable level of total cholesterol is less than 200 mg/dl.
The desirable level of Triglycerides is less than 180 mg/dl.

Thus you need to worry about these but not too much.

I advise you to follow the below mentioned diet and exercise.

1. first you have to avoid packed and salted foods
2. Do not have any foods from fast food stall.
3. Consume high fibre diet, vegetables and fruits.
4. Do regular exercise at least 45 minutes a day for 5 days in a week.

Please adopt these methods strictly and review after 3 months with new lipid profile reports at that time. Your lipid levels will definitely come down.
Do not get worry.

Hope this helps.
If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr.Manjeth.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

ECHOcardiogram is normal
If symptomatic, go for TMT – stress ECG
LDL is a bit high – go for Life style changes (diet & exercise / stop smoking and drinking / reduce weight and so on). Repeat the test after 2 months – if high you need drugs like statin.
Discuss with your doctor.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

HI,
welcome to HCM,

As per the given clinical details, your ECHO is absolutely normal. no need to worry.

You have mild increased levels of LDL and TG levels, for that you modify your life style with diet and exercise.
