Dry Patch In The Throat, Watery Eyes And Difficulty In Swallowing. Cause?

Hi I tend to get a sensation of a dry patch in my throat that makes me keep swallowing and doesn't go away. It also makes my eyes water and makes me feel like I am going to be sick. Water doesn't clear it either. I also have a problem swallowing the last bit of food in my mouth ( even crumb size) I have to kind of cough it back up and try again. I occasional get the sensation that I my drinks go down the wrong hole too which makes me cough.
