hi welcome to HCM.duphaston is a artificial progesterone, adequate progesterone level is essential for fertility and maintainance of pregnancy. Aspirin increase the activity of the ovaries, allowing them to release multiple eggs during ovulation. It also appears to increase blood flow to the uterus, allowing for a thicker and healthier uterine lining.you go ahead wit your doctor.
