Done Carpal Tunnel Surgery. X-ray Shows Degenerative Osteoarthritis. Joint Pain. Taking Narcotics

Can I expect to ever get better? I have recently undergone bi-lateral carpel-tunnel surgery, followed by infection in both hands, followed by a bad accidental fall landing on both elbows, wrists, and hands. Xrays showed that my hands and wrists and fingers are choc full of degenerative osteoarthritis . Each joint is affected, including cysts on the ends of the joints. The resulting pain is unbearable and I am on high dose narcotics, because my liver won t take the use of NSAIDS or other arthritis drugs. Anybody have any type of hope to offer. I am female 64 years of age.
