Dog Bite, Took Antibiotics. Now Swelling In Shoulder And Body Aches. Related To Dog Bite?

Got bit by a dog about 4 weeks ago, was told dog had rabies shots and all others, went to doctor got a technic shot in left arm and antibiotics. A few days ago I start swelling under my throat and swelling in my shoulder and body is aching with pains. Do you think this May have something yo do with the dog bit or maybe something else is going on? I'm very concerned. Please help!

There are three important treatment issues that need to be addressed with a dog bite:
1.Skin Damsge.
2.injury of muscle, nerve and bone.
3. Infection.
