Does Yeast Infection Interferes With Pregnancy Test?

Possible yeast infection
I think I have a yeast infection, plus I haven't started my period this month and I always start earlier than what it says. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Is it possible that the yeast infection would interfere with the results? Or because I have a yeast infection my period hasn't started? And yes I have also had unprotected sex. And have breast tenderness and also some nauseous with some food and when I'm eat anything.

Hello,

Yeast infection can lead to infection or miscarriage so a treatment for yeast infection is necessary , clotrimazole suppositories can be used, but yeast infection does not interfere with pregnancy test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
