Does White Spots On My Shoulder Indicate Aids?

I have white spots on my shoulder i showed it to dermologists and he prescribed flucos 150 and a KZ Cream when i read the instructions on the flucos cover one of the line said maintenance to prevent relapse of cryptococcal meningitis in patients with AIDS . Doesn it mean that i have AIDS?
