Question: I have hypogammubulimia/ a primary immunodeficiency disease. I had been on gamunolobulin therapy but my dr no longer takes my insurance. I am needing anew dr and infusions. I have subsequently developed a parasite no one can seem to identify that is ravishing my body. I need an immunologogist who understands oppportunistic parasites in immune compromised people. I am unable to find help from any dr, or hospital it seems.

You have primary immunodeficiency disease. So your body is not able to fight with routine organism and leads to frequent infection.
You need long term immunoglobulin infusion as well as broad spectrum antibiotic treatment. Moreover you also need antibiotics to treat current infection. Candidiasis, cryptococcosis, cryptosporidium, toxoplasmosis and many more organism can leads to this kind of pictures.

You need detail examination and investigations.
Please send me your all reports you have gone through.

If you have not gone through reports then go for complete blood count, coagulation profile, blood sugar test, s creatinine and sgpt.
