Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Several factors can be at play to cause this menstrual irregularity and some of them are- 1. your age-if you are in the menopausal or perimenopausal zone. 2. Associated factors that can influence hormone stability like stress, obesity, cysts of the ovary and inflammation, generalized or pelvic, certain medications etc. Tranexamic acid is useful to control excess bleeding and can be used, but, what is most essential is to detect the underlying cause and treat it. Please maintain a healthy weight, healthy diet and use nutritional supplements to prevent anemia. Hope this helps.
