my girlfriend is preagnet and continues to use subboxens an other things tht are not perscribed to her i keep telling her if she doesnt stop that there is a high chance that our child will b born addicted to this drug and he are she will be born with something wrong with the baby am i right are wrong

I understand your concern..When pregnant animals were given high doses of the active ingredients in Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone), it caused several problems in the offspring, including skeletal problems, developmental delays, and newborn death. Due to these potential risks, the FDA has classified Suboxone as a pregnancy Category C medication. However, it may be prescribed to a pregnant woman if the benefits outweigh the risks.
It cannot be withdrawn suddenly, it may cause withdrawal symptoms.. It may also misscarriage in early stage. Hope i have answered your queries,, Good day..
