OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

For your condition, pregnancy is to be ruled out first by doing a urine pregnancy test. If the test is negative start pantoprazole course as there can be gastritis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
