Does Rash In Forehead With Stuffed Nose & Jaw Suggest Sinusitis Or Shingles?

Hi, how are you? My father has a rash across his forehead that looks like a regular sunburn and is sensitive. He also is experiencing sinusitis symptoms such as stuffed nose, pain in ears and jaw and sensitivity to light. Is this a severe sinusitis case or could it be something else such as shingles?

Hello
It seems from the history that your father is having rash on the forehead with sensitivity to light, stuffed to nose, pain in the ears, jaw....
If the rash is limited strictly to midline without crossing to opposite side it indicates shingles since he is having symptoms of pain and sensitivity to light.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
