Does Radiation Of CT Scan During Pregnancy Harm My Fetus?

I am 8 weeks 5 days pregnant with twins. I went to the ER for shortness of breath and they performed a chest ct scan with contrast dye. No pulmonary embolism was detected and I was sent home. I wanted to know what the risk are to the fetuses now that they have been exposed to this radiation. What is the likelihood that I may miscarry? Birth malformations? Cancer? Other?
