Does Poor Immunity Cause Miscarriage And Is There Any Test For Immunity?

I am 42..Normal baby at 2002.After 1-5 year again concieved and misscarriage in 5th .month.After that tried upto now but with three terminated because it was mere gestation sac up to 2 month waitng..I had no problem by diagnosis.Any reason of this.Immunity level cause any problem ? what istest for this to find out this same problem? what is the test for immunity?Is it succesful for ICSI treatment in my case

2. Deranged blood sugar levels.
3. Autoimmune diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus.
4. Thyroid hormone dysfunction
5. Chromosomal anomalies in parents.
