Does Myomectomy Lead To Early Menapause?
Can you tell me that i had a operation of a elective laparotmy an myomectomy for severe dysmenorrhoea and fibroid menorrhagia causing iron deficiency. Would this operation of caused me to go through menapause earlier, i am only 41 had operation 2 years ago.

Early menopauae can happen due to heavy medicine you must had or having due to severe illness and surgery. It can happen anytime after 44 or 45 and usually menopause occur any time after 48.
