Your period is only 3 days late. You can wait for 4 more days. And do a pregnancy test (urine pregnany test- like prega-news , or which ever is available at a store nearby), if its confirmed tht you are pregnant, you need to visit a gynaecologist who can prescribe you medicaiton.

If its irregular menses, you can take homeopathy for its treatment.

Avoid any kind of self medication, as an incomplete abortion can cause bigger problems for your future.

As far as my knowledge this is ayurvedic contraceptive pill i know. in india especially for ayurvedic medications(many drugs)there is no detailed studies to evaluate the potency,side effects and complication,thats why these drugs they are efficient with minimal side effects not able to get attention from world pharma market away from india. you are not able to terminate your pregnancy with this pill,because you might took smaller dose,incomplete course or may be u r in 5th week to terminate pregnancy. as i told you there is not much information about side effects of his drug

Please wait for 2-3 days more & if you don't get periods then get a urine pregnancy test done .If it is positive you will not get periods even with mensoon tablets.So first test then after that consult a Gynaec .If pregnant she may give medicine or advise D&C.If not pregnant she may give medicine to regularise periods.
