Does Laparoscopy Delay Periods?

hi i am 29 years old had 3 iui. my doctor suggested laproscopy.had my 7th april. got my periods on 8th paril. 4 days earlier.my laproscopy report was normal.my cycle is on 27 days. today is 30th day. still didnt got my periods.does laproscopy delays period

no laparoscopy does not delay periods as it has nothing to do with your hormones. but what can delay periods are any hormonal pills which if given in your operation. do not worry it come in 2 - 3 months.
