Does Hcg Level Of 15 Indicate Pregnancy?

hi I took i pill last month on 6th and my due is on 27th.I haven t yet got my periods but I HAD BELLEDING AFTER A WEEK TAKING IPILL. I got blood test done daybefore yesterday and the hcg level is showing 15 .The doctor asked me to repeat the blood test.Can I BE PREGNANT?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Blood hCG levels should be less than 5 in non pregnant patient. If it is 15, it is suggestive of a possible pregnancy, abortion or gestation trophoblastic disease. I would suggest you to repeat the hCG levels after48 hours to assess the condition.
